Privacy

This page says what this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What the site collects

Nothing, unless you book. The site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and does not record your visit. It stores one note in your own browser, so the short opening animation plays only on your first visit. You can clear it with your browser’s site data.

When you book a drop-off

The booking form asks for your name, email, mobile number and, if you like, a note about the watch. We would use them only to hold your slot, send your estimate and receipt, and text you a reminder the day before. On this website the booking ends at a checkout page that takes no payment; what you type is not sent anywhere or stored.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the workshop on 0131 496 0418 and we will deal with it within a month.
